1. The Service

Parrot Interview is an interview-practice and assistance tool consisting of a web dashboard and a desktop copilot that can transcribe practice sessions, detect questions, and generate AI answers and preparation material. AI responses use the AI provider key you supply (bring-your-own-key).

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least [16/18] and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and honestly. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules, policies, and agreements of any interview, examination, assessment, employer, or institution you participate in. You must not use the Service to commit fraud, misrepresent your identity or abilities, violate any third party's terms, or for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

4. Bring-your-own-key and third parties

You are responsible for your own AI provider API keys, for any usage costs they incur, and for complying with the providers' terms. Third-party services used by the Service — including Google, Razorpay, Deepgram, and your chosen AI provider — are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Access to the copilot requires an active subscription, billed through Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and branding are owned by [Company Legal Name]. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. Content you provide (such as your CV and prompts) remains yours; AI output is provided to you as described below.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all AI-generated content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it. We do not guarantee any interview or hiring outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid for the Service in the [3] months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
